PLEASE NOTE: All accepted student presenters will be assigned a FREE double-occupancy hotel room at the Doubletree Sunday-Tuesday as available funding permits. This room will be shared with one other student of the same gender. Requests for specific roommates will be granted as availability allows. HOWEVER, ALL PRESENTERS INCLUDING STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE.
